To maintain the highest possible standards of care Falcon House offers a comprehensive range of services to all its residents.
Catering
- Falcon House residents have a unique flexibility and individual dietary needs or preferences are catered for with a choice at meal times. Residents can also choose to eat in the dining room or in their own room. Family members or friends can also join residents at meal times (with 24 hours notice).
MEDICAL ADVICE AND GENERAL PRACTITIONERS
- Residents are able to retain their own GP or consult the GP who visits Falcon House on a regular basis.
PERSONAL HEALTH AND SERVICES
- Falcon House residents may wish to benefit from the regular visits to the home by a chiropodist and a hairdresser.
RELIGION
- There is a regular church service at Falcon House but should residents wish to to receive a visit from a representative of their particular faith this may be accommodated.
HOTEL SERVICES
- Falcon House operates its own laundry facility where residents’ items are usually returned within 24 hours. Newspapers and other small items may also be purchased for residents.
ACTIVITIES AND HOBBIES
- There are a number of activities that residents may participate in if they wish. New activities ideas are always welcomed and residents are encouranged to introduce them. Falcon House also arranges regular social events, although they are not compulsory, and the wishes of those residents preferring not to take part are always respected.
