"We moved our mother to Falcon House because of several recommendations when our mum spent the last two years of her life.  The recommendations did not do you justice as we watched every single member of your team, always smiling and cheerful, never passing a resident without some sort of interaction.  Nothing was every too much trouble.  This care became more apparent during our mother's last months when virtually bed-ridden she was never allowed to feel neglected or lonely, with no opportunity missed to bring her back to "the community" being seized upon.  The level of care and support over her final weeks enabled her to come to such a peaceful and relaxed end and it was due to this care that has enabled us as a family to accept her passing without any regrets or recriminations.  We only have lovely memories.  Thank you so very much for making this possible."
